Creamy Greek yogurt and rich peanut butter come together in these decadent frozen pops, coated in smooth dark chocolate and a sprinkle of chopped nuts for added crunch.

- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 Cups 70% Chocolate
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts
- 1 Dash Sea Salt

- Make the filling: In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey and vanilla
- Shape the pops: Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into even oval / round mounds.
- Insert a popsicle stick into each mound.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours until completely firm.
- Prepare chocolate coating: Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip the frozen pops in the chocolate coating, working quickly and coat evenly.
- Place the pops back onto the baking sheet
- Add toppings (if using) and place back into freezer.
- Freeze an additional 15-20 minutes for chocolate to set.
