- 2 Banana
- 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 Cup Medjool Dates - Finely Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts
- 1/2 Cup 70% Chocolate
- 1 Tsp Coconut oil
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt

- Line a small tray or plate with parchment paper.
- Peel the bananas and slice each one in half lengthwise, then cut each half in half crosswise to make 8 pieces.
- Spread a layer of peanut butter over each banana piece.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped Medjool dates evenly over the peanut butter, gently pressing them in so they stick.
- Top with the chopped roasted peanuts.
- Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips with the coconut oil in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle or spoon the melted chocolate over the frozen banana pieces.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of flaky sea salt, if desired.
- Freeze for another 1–2 hours until the chocolate is completely set.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Let sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before enjoying.
