- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the peameal bacon for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly browned and heated through. During the last minute, place a slice of cheddar on top of each portion to melt.
- Butter the cut sides of the kaiser buns and toast until golden.
- Spread maple Dijon sauce on both halves of each bun.
