- 1/2 Cup Margarine
- 3 - 4 Lb Chicken
- 7 Oz Shrimp - Drained
- 1 - Onion - Sliced
- 1 - Green Pepper - Sliced
- 1/3 Cup Stuffed Green Olives - Sliced
- 1 Can Tomato Soup

- Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
- Melt margarine in broiler pan; arrange fryer pieces in pan, skin side down.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, turning pieces once.
- Add pineapple chunks, shrimp, onion, green pepper and olives.
- Combine soup with reserved juice; pour over fryer mixture.
- Cover pan with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil from pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes longer or until fryer pieces are browned.
