- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup sour milk (or Sour Cream)
- 1 1/2 Cups Rhubarb
- 1 - Egg
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt

Directions
Finely chop the rhubarb. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon on top of the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
