- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Instant Minced Onion
- 1/2 to 1 Tsp Candied Ginger - Grated
- 1/2 Tsp Curry Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 - Salt - To Taste
- 1 - Black Pepper - To Taste
- 2 - Cornish Hen - Split

- Combine soy sauce, tomato sauce, onion, ginger, curry powder, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
- Allow to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Arrange hens in shallow roasting pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; turn hens.
- Bake for 30 minutes longer or until tender.
- Baste occasionally with sauce.
- Serve over rice.
