- 1 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs
- 1 3/4 Cups Turkey Stock
- 1 Tsp Instant Minced Onion
- 1 - Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Allspice - Ground
- 3/4 Tsp Dry Mustard
- 10 1/2 Oz Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 Tsp Celery Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder

- Combine eggs, turkey, bread crumbs, 3/4 cup stock, minced onion, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, allspice and mustard in large bowl; mix well.
- Shape into sixteen 1 1/2-inch balls.
- Place in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
- Combine 1 cup stock, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring almost to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Pour over turkey balls.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 50 minutes.
Garnish with parsley. Serve with rice, if desired.
