- 1 1/2 Cups Fine Bread Crumbs
- 3/4 Cup Turkey Broth
- 1/2 Cup Celery - Diced
- 1 Tbsp Parsley - Finely Chopped
- 2 Tsp Onion - Grated
- 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 4 Large Egg - Beaten
- 1 Cup Evaporated Milk

- Combine turkey, crumbs, broth, celery, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Add beaten eggs; stir in milk.
- Mix lightly but thoroughly; place in well-greased 8 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
- Set in pan of hot water.
- Bake in 350-degree oven for about 1 hour or until loaf is firm and top is delicately browned.
- One chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 3/4 cup hot water may be substituted for turkey broth.
- Milk and eggs may be reduced by 1/2 for a drier loaf, if desired.
