- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tsp Orange Peel Grated
- 1 Cup Flour

- 1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats (or Oatmeal)
- 1 1/2 Cups Chocolate chips

- Combine raisins and orange juice in a small bowl.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Grease baking sheets.
- Combine sugar and butter in a large bowl - Beat until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and orange zest.
- Mix flour and baking soda in a small bowl.
- Add to butter mixture and mix well.
- Add raisin mixture, oats and chocolate chips and mix well.
