- 2 Can Salmon - Drained
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Onion
- 1/4 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 6 Tbsp Walnuts
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese
- 2 Tsp Horseradish
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Tobasco Sause
- 2 Tbsp Parsley

Directions
- Drain salmon, remove bones & skin.
- Put salmon into beater bowl, mix with cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, onion, salt & sauces.
- Beat until perfectly smooth.
- Turn out into small bowl, cover with saran wrap & chill until firm.
- Mix & sprinkle nuts & parsley on large sheet of wax paper.
- Tip firm salmon pate' out onto sheet & roll in nut mixture until coated.
- Shape into ball, flatten top, place on serving dish & rechill.
- Serve with crackers.
- Recipe may be reduced to half for smaller party.
