When you need lunch on the table fast, few things beat a bubbling tuna melt. Creamy tuna piled onto toasted bun halves gets crowned with shredded cheddar, then broiled until the cheese turns melty and the bread crisps up. It is warm, gooey, and endlessly comforting. A pantry-friendly classic that comes together in the time it takes to heat the oven.
