- 3 Tbsp Onion Flakes
- 6 - Peppercorns
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 3 Small Wild Duck
- 2 Tbsp Prepared Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Margarine (or Butter)

- Mix 2 cups water, vinegar, cloves, bay leaves, peppercorns, lemon juice, salt, sugar and oil.
- Add ducks; marinate overnight or for 1 day in refrigerator.
- Drain ducks well; place in broiler pan.
- Mix 6 tablespoons water and remaining ingredients; heat until margarine melts.
- Baste ducks with sauce.
- Broil for 6 minutes on each side, basting with sauce after turning.
- Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake, turning and basting with sauce, until ducks are of desired doneness.
