Fiery, tangy, and impossible to stop eating, these wings get broiled until the skin crackles, then tossed in a glossy sauce of red hot sauce, butter, and a splash of red wine vinegar. Cool celery sticks and creamy blue cheese dressing are the classic partners. Fire up the broiler for game day and expect the platter to empty fast.
