- Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into 1/2"-thick slices and place in a large bowl.
- Mix salt with 1 1/2 cups boiling water and pour over the cucumbers and let stand 1 hour, then drain.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the cucumbers and refrigerate.
