- Place pork in single layer in baking pan.
- Place 1 onion slice topped with 1 lemon slice on center of each chop.
- Blend remaining ingredients; spoon over each chop.
- Cover pan tightly.
- Bake in 350 F oven 1 1/2 hours or until pork is tender.
