The Old Man of the Mountain was an iconic rock formation in the Franconia Notch mountain pass of New Hampshire. Protruding from the side of a cliff, about 1,200 feet (366 m) above a lake, it looked like a craggy, 40-ft (12-m) human face. Years of freezing weather and the feature's already precarious position caused the beloved local symbol and tourist destination to collapse in 2003. Surprise Spread

Ingredients

8 Oz	Cream Cheese
3	Green Onions
1	Green Pepper
2 Cups	Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup	Seafood Cocktail Sauce
8 Oz	Shrimp
1/2 Cup	Sour Cream
1	Tomato

Directions

Chop peppers, onions. Slice tomato. Shred cheese. Drain and rinse shrimp. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise together. Spread over 12 inch (30 cm) pizza pan. Scatter shrimp over cheese mixture. Add layers of seafood sauce, mozzarella cheese, green pepper, onions and tomato. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers.
