Chop mushrooms and peppers into medium size (about 1/2 inch square) chunks. Cut bacon into 1/4 inch strips width wise.
Fry bacon to desired crispness. Drain excess grease. Put mushrooms and peppers into frying pan with bacon.
Whip eggs for about 2 minutes or until thoroughly blended.
Add eggs to pan and cook until eggs do not appear 'wet'
