3 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 4 Egg 1 Tbsp Pastry Flour 1 1/2 Cup Raisins 1/4 Tsp Salt 1/2 Cup Shorttening 1 Tsp Vanilla
Mix sugar, shortening, flour, salt and vanilla together but do not cream. Add eggs, 2 at a time. Mix until smooth and add raisins. Put mixture into lined tart tins.
