4 Cups Beet 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 2 Cups Cucumber 1 Onion Cooking 1/2 Tsp Salt 1/2 Cup Vinegar 3/4 Cup White Sugar
Cube and cook beets, dice cucumber and mince onion. When draining beets, save 1/2 cup of liquid and mix with all ingredients thoroughly in a large pot. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
