1 Tsp Baking Soda 1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Egg 2 Cups Flour 1/2 Cup Margarine 1 1/2 Cup Rhubarb 1/2 Tsp Salt 1 Cup sour milk Or Sour Cream
Finely chop the rhubarb. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon on top of the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
