Salmon Pie

Ingredients

20 Oz	Cream Of Celery Or Cream of Mushroom
4	Egg
2 Tbsp	Lemon Juice
1 Cup	Onion
30 Oz	Salmon
2 Cups	Soda Cracker

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Slightly beat eggs, Chop onion and crush biscuits. Thoroughly mix salmon with other ingredients. Grease 9" round cake pan, if required, then fill with mixture. Bake for about 1 hour or until nicely browned.
