Cook bacon (firm but not crisp) in fry pan. Remove and distribute evenly in bottom of large pie plate or quiche dish. Pour off drippings from fry pan. Add butter to fry pan. Sauté onions.
Add mushrooms and sauté.
Add flour and cook on low heat until thickened (This will only take a minute or so). Add sour cream and lemon juice and mix. Spread on top of bacon. Spread cheese on top.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. (May be made in advance and reheated in oven or microwave.)
Serve with crackers or small rye bread.
