1 Cup Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup Butter 2 Egg 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice - Raisins 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
Set aside raisins. Beat eggs, add remaining ingredient and mix together until smooth.Put tart shells into tins. Put same amount of raisins in each tart shell. Poor mixture on top of raisins to about 1/2 full.Bake in preheated oven at 450 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 for about 8 minutes or golden brown in appearance.
