First Bowl: Add 4 cups flour and 2 tbsp quick rise yeast in a bowl. If making raisin bread, add 3 tsp of cinnamon
Second Bowl: Combine 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tbsp salt,2 eggs and 1/2 cup oil. Beat until well blended, then add 4 cups very warm water. Mix well.
Add liquid mixture to flour mixture.
Beat well until bubbles (like pancakes).
Then add 4 cups flour, mix with wooden spoon until mixed well. Add 1 1/2 cups softened raisins here if making raisin bread
Add 3 more cups flour with hands, working dough until not sticky.
Cover and let rise 15 minutes, then punch down and turn over (3 times).
4th time, punch down and put on floured surface, divide into 4 sections and shape into loaves.
Put loaves into greased pans, and let rise for 1 hour covered.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
