Split olive oil into 2tbsp and 3 1/2 tbls portions.
Mix together all ingredients for chorizo. Then pan-
fry in 2 T olive oil. Put on the table with accompaniments and warmed flour tortillas and let everyone assemble their own. Accompaniments suggestions:
Chopped lettuce,
Chopped tomato,
Shredded cheddar cheese, Sliced black or green olives, Sour
cream, Salsa or taco sauce.
