Combine pork, 1 egg, and spices and divide into 4 portions, shaping each into an 8 inch long roll. Place on un-greased baking sheet and freeze uncovered for 1.5 hours or until firm. Thaw pastry according to pkg directions and roll out pastry and place pork roll on.
Beat second egg with milk. Dampen edge of pastry furthest from pork roll. Roll up jelly roll style and press edges to seal. Brush top of roll with egg
mixture and
cut into 1 inch pieces. Can sprinkle sesame seeds, poppy seeds, cumin seeds or paprika on top. Stand rolls upright on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes or until golden. Can be frozen for later use.
